Starting from research and development applications, we can also accommodate mass production needs by incorporating a transport system as required. ■ Ultrasonic Cutter (Embedded) UC1000SA An ultrasonic cutter unit designed for integration into customer automation systems. 1. Significant reduction in cutting load suppresses material deformation, achieving high-quality cross-sections. 2. Designed with consideration for rigidity and natural frequency, making it easy to integrate into automated systems. ■ Green Sheet Cutter GC1000MS A device for precisely cutting soft green sheets. 1. Equipped with a recognition camera, it enables high-speed cutting of fine chips. 2. In addition to conventional blades, the incorporation of an ultrasonic cutter horn eliminates drag on the cross-section, achieving vertical cuts even in materials thicker than 5mm.
