The "Ecorio OS-06tb (L/R)" is a fryer residue extractor equipped with a shock relay that ensures safety by stopping operation when foreign objects mix with the residue and put a load on the motor. The stirring mechanism and automatic adjustment mechanism are patented technologies of our company. The stirring mechanism smoothly feeds the residue into the compression mechanism.
