"SIMPL-CUT," a roll labeler that eliminates the drawbacks of conventional roll labelers. It offers innovative cutting and adhesion that overturns traditional operating principles.
"We are well-versed in roll labelers and are aware of their limitations based on 50 years of experience. That is why we developed SIMPL-CUT to solve these issues in a remarkable and truly innovative way." Bruno Negri, Vice President of P.E. Labelers The traditional cutting system of Italian labelers uses fixed and rotating blades to score the front and back of labels, cutting them by pulling. This method makes blade adjustment very difficult, and especially with thin labels, problems such as adhesive sticking to the drum are common. Customers around the world use hot melt roll labelers, which are effective for high-speed application of complete wrap-around labels. However, traditional roll labelers have two drawbacks. First, the high cost of maintenance for the cutting and adhesion systems, along with the many technical interventions required. Second, the notorious downtime needed to clean the drum and other surfaces. P.E. Labelers' patented technology embodies excellent quality in labeling systems, process optimization, and cost reduction, providing an innovative cutting and adhesion system that overturns traditional operating principles.

basic information
The SIMPL-CUT from P.E. Labelers has five advantages. 1. Simplified cutting system: In traditional models, adjusting the fixed and rotating blades is difficult and time-consuming. In cases of thin labels, there may be instances where they are not cut correctly, leading to glue sticking to the drum and causing labels to get tangled. With SIMPL-CUT, the fixed blade is eliminated, and the label cutting blade can be replaced in less than a minute. 2. Hot melt applied before label cutting: This removes glue splatter onto the drum and keeps the drum clean by applying glue before cutting. 3. Elimination of complex drums: Only one drum is used for hot melt glue application, label cutting, and label transport, significantly reducing maintenance. This also allows for quick changeovers. 4. Up to 5 split stations on the drum: The same drum can accommodate 3 to 5 splits, ensuring stability in high-speed labeling. 5. Stress-free label transport web management: This innovative low-voltage system maintains label adhesion and enables the use of thinner, more economical films.

Since our establishment, we have walked alongside Japanese companies through Japan's reconstruction, modernization, and the period of rapid economic growth. Throughout our history of over 75 years, our constant passion has been to introduce cutting-edge technologies from Europe to companies active in various industries in Japan. At the same time, the diverse feedback from our Japanese customers has been reflected back to European suppliers, resulting in many instances of refined technology. We take pride in the fact that we continue to be a leading German trading company in Japan, as this reflects the high regard our efforts have received from both customers and suppliers.
