Day and night, we refine our "measurement and judgment techniques for guarantees" to support the operations of each department.

This is an introduction to our "Quality Assurance." Our main activities involve product warranty and management, where we conduct meetings with customers regarding quality assurance, creating documents and other materials to ensure this warranty. Additionally, we measure and manage to ensure that the products delivered are satisfactory components for our customers. We utilize various measuring instruments for quality assurance, including visual inspections for dents and burrs using a stereo microscope, dimensional assurance of products using projectors and image dimension measuring machines, surface hardness assurance using Vickers and Rockwell hardness testers, and quality stabilization and efficiency improvement using image measuring machines.
