Long-term measurements can be conducted in a stable environment! Easy system setup and operation.
"LumiCycle" can fully automate long-term luminescence measurements of active cells containing luciferase genes from genetically modified animals in a high-throughput manner. Active cells cultured in a 35mm petri dish are set on a turntable, and the luminescence emitted from the expressing cells is counted using photon counting. The control of the turntable and photon counting is fully automated, allowing users to perform luminescence measurements from numerous samples with a simple system setup and operation, enabling the analysis of circadian rhythms. 【Features】 ■ Design that fits standard incubators ■ Maintains appropriate temperature and humidity by circulating the incubator's air within the chamber ■ Allows for long-term measurements under stable conditions ■ Enables analysis of circadian rhythms *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company was established in December 1977 by Masaharu Kinkai (currently the representative director), who left the Japanese general agency for the West German company Ernst Leitz, Schmidt Co., Ltd., and set up in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. In 1983, with the establishment of the Okazaki National Research Institute (now the National Institutes of Natural Sciences), we relocated to Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, where we remain to this day. We serve as the Japanese agents for companies such as Sutter, CytoSMART Technology, and Logos Biosystems, introducing high-quality scientific instruments from around the world to Japanese researchers day and night.
