Like natural wood, it can be easily processed with saws such as hand saws and circular saws, and installation can be done using regular screws. If you request a sample, we will send you cut samples to experience the actual texture, feel, and scent of the wood. This product contains approximately 60% natural wood, about 30% resin components, and around 10% other coloring agents, so it will accumulate dirt from rain, wind, and UV rays just like wood. Regular application of preservatives is not necessary, but we recommend periodic washing with water for maintenance. Additionally, there may be slight warping similar to natural wood, so please adjust it during screw fastening as you would with natural wood. The recommended spacing for floor joists is between 400 to 500 mm, with post spacing around 750 to 900 mm, and for fence posts, a spacing of approximately 700 to 1000 mm is advisable. However, this may vary depending on installation conditions, so please check the site conditions before use. Also, due to thermal expansion and contraction, please ensure that there is clearance for expansion when installing floorboards or fences. The pieces are cut slightly longer than the standard size (about 3 to 5 mm), so please verify this.
