This is an inline 2D/3D compatible appearance inspection system equipped with KEYENCE's ultra-high-definition inline profile measurement device, the LJ-X8000 series. It supports both 2D and 3D measurement and inspection, achieving high-precision and stable inspections for all types of workpieces. From 2D measurements of height, width, steps, wrinkles, and undulations to 3D shape recognition such as volume measurement, as well as stable inspections of appearance defects like unevenness, scratches, dirt, and chips, it ensures consistent accuracy. It also corrects for position and tilt, enabling 100% inspection.
