Started in-house production of "silicon nitride" for aluminum molten metal, engines, turbines, etc.
Start of in-house production of silicon nitride (Si3N4)! Please feel free to consult with us!
At Trio Ceramics, we have started the production of silicon nitride. Silicon nitride is a type of non-oxide ceramic known for its excellent wear resistance (as a liner), toughness, thermal shock resistance, and mechanical strength at high temperatures. It is primarily used in components that operate in harsh environments at high temperatures, such as protective tubes for aluminum molten metal, heater tubes, stokes, and parts for engines and turbines. Trio Ceramics has acquired production facilities for silicon nitride and established a new factory. We are setting up a production system and also planning to maintain a regular inventory of the material. *For more details, please contact us.*

Company information
We are currently publishing a "Dimension Standard Table" that allows you to easily see the specifications of our stock materials! Please feel free to request it through the "Contact Us" section! ■ Trio Ceramics Co., Ltd. Since our establishment in 1971, we have built a track record centered on the sales of ceramic parts for heaters and temperature sensors. Recently, in addition to the demand for parts for semiconductor and LCD panel manufacturing equipment, we have also responded to the needs related to lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells, continuing our involvement with ceramics for nearly half a century (over 20 years as a manufacturer). ■ Trio Engineering Co., Ltd. As a company that has walked the path of ceramics, we have stepped into the realm of grinding processing and discovered the world of "machinery" and "engineering." There, we found traditional skills passed down from old times and cutting-edge new technologies. To fuse and develop these, we established "Trio Engineering." * We also have a page published on Ipros. https://www.ipros.jp/company/detail/2098196
