The "URKM Series" is a circular saw cutting machine that precisely cuts aluminum plates. In addition to its powerful performance and efficient dust collection, the cutting conditions minimize cutting heat, reducing overcutting and enhancing machining accuracy. It allows for the selection of the optimal saw blade for cutting thick aluminum plates, enabling a reduction in cutting time. Reference cutting speed for A5052 with a thickness of 70 mm: F = 2500 mm/min. With two cutting modes—single-position cutting (ABS) and single automatic feed (INC)—efficient cutting operations can be performed. Additionally, it adopts an easy-to-read and simple-to-operate LCD touch panel control system. 【Features】 - The box motion (blade descent followed by blade retraction) reduces the waiting time for operators as the clamp opens after the blade descends. - With workpiece floating ball bearings, a 1-ton aluminum plate can be moved freely in 360° with just 30 kgf of force. - The workpiece is secured with clamps on both sides of the blade, ensuring safe and stable cutting without vibrations. - The telescopic circular saw cover follows the saw blade, efficiently sucking up chips. - The back gauge achieves precise dimensional accuracy with measurements in 0.01 mm increments.
