The reliable and robust Edwards E2M series achieves stable ultimate pressure and long-term stable operation.
The E2M series is a two-stage rotary vane type vacuum pump. You can choose from four models based on the exhaust speed (E2M40, E2M80, E2M175, E2M275). There are two standard specifications: one for mineral oil and another for pumping oxygen mixed gases, which uses Fomblin oil. The cooling mechanism is air-cooled for the E2M40 and E2M80 models, while the E2M175 and E2M275 models are water-cooled. Additionally, by selecting various accessories (options), the pumps can be adapted for operation in different environments. - Dust filter - Catch pot - Chemical trap - Mist filter - Vibration-damping rubber, etc. The E2M series can be connected to the mechanical booster EH.
