In particular, regarding resin washers, which have been processed since the company's founding, we have approximately 800 molds in-house. If we have the desired size or a similar size in our molds, there is no mold cost. We can handle processing from prototypes of a single product to mass production of hundreds of thousands of units. We also have machines such as plotters and super cutters that can process without initial costs, and we can propose processing methods and materials according to customer requests. As part of our BCP response and technology development, we have newly established Showa R&D Center Co., Ltd. in Okayama Prefecture.
