The OCL series "OCNL" is an autoclave (reactor). It uses a sealing method with O-rings and clamps. It employs FFKM, which has excellent chemical resistance, and the clamp seal enhances workability. The standard capacity ranges from 3 liters to 20 liters. The design capacities include 3L, 3.5L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L. In addition to the standard material SUS316L, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). PTFE, PEEK inner liners, and fluororesin coatings are also available. The design pressure varies depending on the reactor capacity, with typical design pressures of 0.2MPa, 0.4MPa, 0.66MPa, 0.8MPa, and 1MPa.
