The RV Series "RVM/UN" is an autoclave unit with stirring for chemical reactions. It features a sealing method using metal gaskets and bolts. It adopts a delta gasket that excels in economy and airtightness, allowing for repeated use of the gasket. Tightening work is made easy by using the torque wrench included as standard, which facilitates the management of tightening torque. ■ The capacity ranges from 100 milliliters to 1 liter as standard. The lineup includes capacities of 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, 600ml, 700ml, 800ml, 900ml, and 1 liter. ■ In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750, S31254), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). Additionally, PTFE, PEEK inner liners, and fluororesin coatings are also available.
