It consists of four modules that support mold design. 【Castle MIND】 Inputs conditions (molding machine, molten metal, properties of runner + cavity + vent, plunger, mold properties) to determine molding conditions, and interactively updates time, temperature, flow rate, and pressure conditions to calculate optimal conditions. 【Castle Run】 Fluid analysis targeting the plunger and runner. It predicts the rippling generated by the plunger; calculates turbulence, vortices, and effective flow rates at the gate occurring in the runner flow path. 【Castle BODY】 Predicts cold slugs, welds, metal oxidation, short shots, and metal splatter occurring during the filling process. It also predicts the occurrence of voids using evaluation indicators of the solidification process. 【Castle THERMO】 A full model temperature distribution analysis that includes cooling circuits and lubrication mechanisms for the entire mold configuration, in addition to the flow paths for filling and solidification. It detects overheating or insufficient cooling from the temperature distribution that changes according to the molding cycle.

These shapes are imported in STL format, and the fluid circuit mesh is automatically generated. During this process, detailed meshes are generated only for the inflow and outflow gates and vent areas. 【Number of CPUs】 Equipped with multi-CPU computing capabilities that demonstrate power with large-scale models. The license price remains constant regardless of the number of CPUs. 【Multi-Stage Shot】 The molding speed can be defined in multiple stages as a function of time or the length of the shot sleeve ejection.
