Case Study: Land Utilization × Unmanned Car Wash - Car Wash Facility Attached to a Car Dealer Store
Introducing a case where a car wash was started as a land utilization connected to the main business of automobile sales.
We would like to introduce a case study of unmanned car washes at Kasahara Motor Co., Ltd., a car dealer operating in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture. The store purchased a vacant lot (about 200 tsubo) next to the exhibition area, as it was for sale, and expanded the premises. After considering various ways to utilize this land, we arrived at the idea of a "self-service car wash" as a business connected to our main operation of car sales. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture / Car Wash Kira ■ Products Introduced: Car wash machines equipped with glass coating and jets ■ Effect: During the opening event, the car wash machines operated at nearly full capacity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since our company developed the world's first mobile brush-equipped gantry automatic car wash machine, "Car Beauty Technician," in 1963, we have continued to pursue high-value-added car washes, such as the FK-2 Hyper Prism Glass Coat, seeking the shine of a new car. In 1994, we were the first in the industry to develop a "cloth brush," dispelling the image that "car washes cause scratches." Now, we provide a "car-friendly" car wash business to many customers. Through our "car wash business proposals," we serve as a bridge between drivers and users, making effective use of parking lots and idle land, and we will continue to assist in providing a "comfortable car life."
