After thawing, it shows a high survival rate in various cultured cells and maintains the pluripotency of stem cells (undifferentiated state).
"Cryoscalis DMSO-Free" is a cell freezing preservation solution that allows for approximately 90% survival rate even after thawing, while maintaining the differentiation potential of stem cells during cryopreservation. It does not contain proteins or DMSO and can be stored stably at 4°C for long periods. Due to the absence of toxicity from DMSO and the influence of proteins, cells can be cryopreserved safely with a high survival rate. 【Features】 ■ Contains no serum or protein components ■ Approximately 90% survival rate even after thawing ■ Stem cells can be cryopreserved while maintaining their differentiation potential ■ Confirmed to be free from bacterial, fungal, and mycoplasma contamination through sterility testing ■ Can be stored stably at 4°C for long periods *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
