Leveraging the fluororesin polymerization technology we have cultivated over many years, as well as our expertise in the conformal coating market, we have developed a fluorine conformal coating suitable for automotive electronic substrates. It can also be used for applications beyond automotive substrates (such as in aircraft, robots, and industrial equipment). For automotive applications, it offers superior durability and high safety compared to conventional heat-drying curing conformal coatings. Since it is not subject to fire safety regulations, it is a product that can be easily introduced even as a new option. Additionally, due to the special fluorine solvent, it can dry at room temperature, eliminating the need for heat-drying curing processes and contributing to SDGs. It is also highly compatible with automatic coating machines (masking-less dispensers, primarily film coaters and jet dispensers), allowing for precise application without waste. To meet users' detailed requests, such as reducing drying time and controlling coating thickness, we offer a lineup of multiple products with varying concentrations.
