The PL-4000G is a cost-effective, high-capacity solution for deploying 400GbE and 100GbE services or expanding the capacity of existing networks. It is equipped with 12 pluggable 400G uplink optical modules and provides up to 4.8T in a 1U chassis. Optionally, an EDFA (amplifier) and optical switch (OSW) can be integrated within the same enclosure, enabling space-saving long-distance transmission. This allows for a reduction in total costs, including fiber costs and network nodes. It features local and remote monitoring capabilities (SNMP/syslog) via LAN and OSC, as well as a serial console and office alarm contacts.
