The wavelengths range from 808nm to 1550nm, with power from 5mW to 800W, featuring top-hat beams and various packaging options. It is also possible to integrate VCSELs with diffusers or photodiodes. We select the appropriate chip based on the required range, such as for close-range (10-20cm), proximity (up to 2m), or mid-range (up to 5m) applications. These modules are widely used in applications such as machine vision, gas, smoke, and dust detection, LIDAR, laser curtains, and optical communication. KLT designs the optimal module according to the specifications requested by our customers. All products are custom-made.
