We offer four types of corrosion-resistant zirconium alloys, Zr702, Zr704, Zr705, and Zr706, for chemical plants that require corrosion resistance.
Zr705 has twice the tensile strength of Zr702 and is used in chemical plant equipment where high strength requirements are necessary. Zr702 and Zr704 have superior corrosion resistance compared to Zr705 and Zr706. Zr706 typically features sufficient strength and high elongation, making it suitable for use as materials for heat exchangers. We offer various shapes as products, including plates, sheets, foils, rods, tubes, and wires. The thickness of the foil can be rolled down to 0.025mm, and the width can be up to 500mm. We can also accommodate strength enhancement through quenching and heat treatment as per your requirements.
