Our company is jointly developing high-quality plastic extrusion products with major manufacturers to rehabilitate sewer pipes that have been buried for over 50 years. The interior is spirally manufactured using a rigid polyvinyl chloride resin strip and a joining fitting. It accommodates large diameter pipes with nominal diameters ranging from 800mm to 3000mm, and can also handle non-circular pipes such as rectangular pipes in addition to circular pipes. The rehabilitated pipes, which have established excellent water tightness, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance, maintain water tightness under an internal water pressure of 0.3MPa and an external water pressure of 0.1MPa.
