Shine Kogei's ceramic coating, "Cera Armor," has high non-stick and slip properties in the coating itself. As a result, dirt is naturally removed as the fluid comes into contact with it during operation. This acts like automatic cleaning and contributes to simplifying regular maintenance. Companies involved in the design, sales, and maintenance of plate-type heat exchangers are conducting demonstration experiments with heat exchanger plates coated with "Cera Armor."

◆Chemical Resistance◆ It has resistance to acids and alkalis. (No abnormalities after 48 hours of immersion in 5% sulfuric acid)
