The PR-23-AC sanitary small refractometer is a model designed for installation in pipelines with a size of 2.5 inches or less. This sensor can be installed diagonally directly on the outer corner of a pipe bend or diagonally through a flow cell equipped with a sanitary clamp or Varivent(R) connection. The PR-23-AP sanitary probe refractometer is intended for installation in large pipes, tanks, cookers, crystallizers, and kettles, and is capable of handling high temperatures up to 150°C. This sensor is mounted to the pipeline or container via a 2.5-inch or 4-inch sanitary clamp. The PR-23-APT sanitary flush-mounted refractometer is designed for hygienic installation in cookers, cooling crystallizers, and other containers equipped with scrapers or stirrers. The PR-23-APP sensor is mounted through the lower flange of an APV tank. This sensor can also be installed via a steam jacket.
