We would like to introduce a case of precision sheet metal parts that achieved a short delivery time by reducing processes. This product had strict tolerances of "±0.02" at key points such as pitch and hole diameter. Despite the stringent tolerances, there was a request to deliver 300 pieces in 5 days, so we focused on how to reduce the overall working time and built the processes accordingly. In the bending process, we successfully shortened the working time significantly by creating a special mold that allows for cutting while bending.
