Superheated steam is steam that has been heated beyond saturated steam, characterized by high heat transfer capability, high sterilization effect, high drying power, and low oxygen atmosphere, making it a unique form of H2O gas. Other companies produce superheated steam at temperatures of 200 to 550°C by heating steam generated from a steam boiler at 100 to 150°C using IH or induction heaters. In our case, we use a gas burner to raise the furnace temperature and then spray water to create steam, employing a unique method developed by our company.
