It is a boiler-integrated superheated steam generator that produces superheated steam within tens of seconds after startup.
This is a new type of boiler (evaporator) combined with a superheated steam generator. It has been developed to keep the height low, around knee level, for equipment integration. The boiler (evaporator) has a capacity of 40KW, and the superheater is integrated with 15KW. While commercially available electric boilers take over ten minutes to generate steam after startup, this superheated steam generator produces superheated steam within just a few seconds after the boiler is activated.

To achieve equipment integration, we have realized an equipment height of 650 mm by keeping the height of the boiler (evaporator) low (excluding the casters). Additionally, steam is generated from the boiler (evaporator) within a few seconds after startup, producing superheated steam. Therefore, a highly efficient system can be configured. The amount of steam generated is approximately 60 kg, with a maximum temperature of 450 to 500°C, and it requires a rated power consumption of 55 KVA.
