RICOS Lightning is an application that can predict simulation results quickly and accurately. It features three main characteristics, enabled by a unique AI algorithm specifically designed for applying to simulation data: 1. It can replace the simulation process, allowing for fundamental acceleration. 2. It can accurately capture three-dimensional shapes, making it suitable for predicting complex shapes used in product design. 3. By incorporating the characteristics of physical phenomena into the algorithm, it provides reliable results even for entirely new product shapes, just like traditional simulations. As a result, the computation time for simulations, which used to take several days, has been reduced to just a few minutes while maintaining sufficient accuracy, enabling real-time product design with this acceleration.

RICOS is a tech company that optimizes the manufacturing process by combining AI and high-performance computing technologies with CAE. We develop and provide CAE tools, including "RICOS Lightning," which uses our proprietary AI algorithm "IsoGCN" to predict simulation results quickly and accurately. Currently, "RICOS Lightning" has been adopted by domestic automobile manufacturers. We are also conducting joint research and development to apply our algorithms to fluid simulations carried out by clients in other industries and validate their accuracy.
