Extending PoE up to 500m with UTP
The IMC-150LPI is a long-reach PoE extender that can extend PoE communication up to 500 meters using UPT cables. The IMC-150LPI receives power from a PoE+ switch, eliminating the need for a power supply on the opposite IMC-150LPI, and can also supply PoE to devices such as cameras. Since no power installation is required on the remote side, it allows for easy distance extension by simply laying cables and connecting devices. It also supports operating temperatures from -40 to 70°C, making it suitable for outdoor enclosures.
