Originally, in order to grasp the number of attendees, the event organizer and the facility management company would need to become personal information handling businesses, directly bearing the burden of managing personal information and the associated responsibilities. However, by implementing this system, it becomes possible to manage attendees safely without bearing the burden of personal information management, and depending on the scheme, without taking on the responsibilities of a personal information handling business (please consult for details). This system utilizes blockchain to store personal information and obtain a two-dimensional code that identifies the user. When entering or exiting the event venue or facility, the two-dimensional code is read and authenticated using a dedicated terminal or an Android smartphone with a dedicated app, and the authenticated data is recorded as a log on the server.
