This company, which manufactures agricultural machinery parts, has seen an increase in setup times alongside a decrease in lot sizes. The machines were frequently stopped for "changeover" tasks, leading to reduced operating rates, decreased revenue per hour, and challenges related to labor shortages. To address this, they introduced a counter-spindle multi-tasking machine along with our products: "APS Hydraulic Chuck," "APS Standard Jaws," "APS Quick Jaws (R)," "Chip Cover," and "Adjustable Stop."
