By selecting processing methods that are not limited to cutting, it is possible to achieve both high precision and cost reduction!
This processed product is a cover made from thin sheet A5052. The drawings were originally designed with the assumption of machining, but due to the thin thickness, there are concerns about deformation after processing. Since it is difficult to ensure flatness with machining and the quantity was large, we proposed a shift to press processing. As a result, we were able to achieve a shorter delivery time and cost reduction compared to machining, which satisfied the customer. 【Overview】 ■Material: A5052 ■Size: φ130mm ■Thickness: t2.0 ■Precision: ±0.1 ■Quantity: 80 ■Delivery time: 10 days *For more details, we have posted processing examples on the site thin-sheet-metal-processing.com.
