Compact Structure Compared to our actuators using motors with the same rated output, the KSF8 and USW16T achieve approximately 67% compactness and about 37% weight reduction. *KSF8: For a stroke of 1500mm 2. Usable in Any Orientation The arrangement of each ball row at a contact angle of 45° ensures that the load remains constant in four directions (radial, reverse radial, and lateral) acting on the inner block, allowing for use in any orientation. 3. Moment-Resistant Outer Rail Structure The adoption of an outer rail with a U-shaped cross-section allows for the accommodation of large moments. 4. High Speed and High Acceleration By increasing the lead of the ball screw, a maximum speed of 2500mm/s is achieved. (*For KSF10 with a lead of 50) Additionally, by using larger applicable motors, high acceleration and deceleration transport is made possible (up to 4G). The tact time is reduced to 0.54 seconds for one round trip (500mm stroke). 6. Increase in motor rated output by enlarging the ball screw diameter The ball screw shaft has been enlarged while maintaining a compact outer rail. By also increasing the size of the ball screw terminal, it has become possible to use motors with higher rated output compared to actuators of the same size from our company. 7. Long lifespan By increasing the basic dynamic rated load of the LM guide and ball screw sections, we have achieved a long lifespan of 20,000 km when carrying the maximum payload (10,000 km for KSF4 and KSF5 with a lead of 10 mm). 8. Long-term maintenance-free By standardizing the lubrication device QZ, which enables the appropriate amount of lubrication oil supply, we have achieved long-term maintenance-free operation. 9. High precision The linear motion guide is designed with a circular arc groove that moves lightly without gaps. Therefore, it easily follows high-precision feeding. 10. Reduction of dust generation By adopting a strip seal with a side cover and a magnetic adhesion method on the top surface, we have realized a full cover structure. This prevents damage caused by the intrusion of foreign objects from the outside. The top surface of the strip seal has no contact, making it difficult to generate dust.
