Simple, compact, and versatile for a wide range of applications.
The THK Electric Actuator Economy Series ES/EC is compact, affordable, and multifunctional, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It is used as a replacement for air cylinders in mechanisms for feeding engine parts on conveyors and in the lifting devices for pharmaceutical extrusion. The electrification improves positioning control and contributes to space-saving designs by lowering the rail profile height, making the equipment lighter and more compact. Its simple structure also reduces the number of components. By adopting the QZ lubrication system for the ball screw, long-term maintenance-free operation has been achieved. Additionally, the related links provide more detailed product descriptions, product catalogs, user manuals, 2D and 3D CAD files, a list of compatible control devices, specifications, and dimensional drawings, among other technical information. basic information
【Features】 1. Lightweight and Compact The ES/EC incorporates a motor built into a smart body. The ES achieves both reliability and a compact body by using LM guides in its linear motion guide. 2. Reasonable By implementing feedback control of the stepping motor, excellent usability is achieved. Additionally, the ES uses the LM guide in the linear motion guide directly as a base, reducing the number of components and resulting in a reasonable price. 3. Long-term Maintenance-Free The ES uses LM guide SRS with ball retainers in its linear motion guide. Both the ES and EC adopt the QZ lubrication system for ball screws, enabling optimal lubrication and achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. 4. Lifespan Calculation Possible The running lifespan of the LM guide and ball screw can be calculated based on usage conditions.
