High-precision multi-point positioning is possible, achieving space-saving for the device with a slim design.
The THK Electric Actuator Economy Series ET is a thin, lightweight electric turntable capable of multi-point positioning. With one-direction continuous rotation, speed control, and four-direction mounting, it can operate according to the application of the device. It transmits motor output to the rotating table with high efficiency while maintaining a low product height. It is used in rotating parts of index tables that require high precision and in the rotating mechanisms of hand parts of Cartesian multi-axis robots where reducing load on the lower axis is necessary. Additionally, the related links provide more detailed product descriptions, product catalogs, user manuals, 2D and 3D CAD files, selection materials, and a wealth of technical information. basic information
Features 1. A mechanism that achieves high precision in rotation accuracy. A rotating mechanism that combines our cross roller ring and hypoid gear. It demonstrates performance in rotation accuracy and power. 2. Slim structure. The rotating table and motor are compactly housed, and by integrating the cross roller ring and hypoid gear, the product height is minimized. This contributes to space-saving in the equipment. 3. Purchase variations can be selected. You can choose from a combination with THK control equipment and motor, a specified motor from your company, or without a motor. Additionally, depending on the control application, you can optionally select either 330° (contact point origin method) or 360° (sensor origin method).
