Ideal for transporting heavy items!
The THK electric actuator Linear Motor Series GL-N (ball screw type and belt drive type) is a versatile actuator that uses an aluminum base tailored to various applications. Its lightweight and high rigidity due to the aluminum base have made it suitable for use in seat lifting vehicles, allowing for a reduction in the weight of the cart and easing the burden on workers during lifting operations. Additionally, the related links provide a wealth of technical information, including detailed product descriptions, product catalogs, user manuals, 2D and 3D CAD files, selection materials, technical calculation programs, specifications, and dimension drawings. basic information
● LM guide SSR and SHS with ball retainer The Universal Series allows you to choose between SSR, which is optimal for horizontal use, and SHS, which is best for vertical or wall-mounted use, depending on the installation position and direction of external forces. ● Selectable drive methods > Ball screw specification You can select the ball screw lead according to your application. > Belt specification With the use of a high-rigidity timing belt, it excels in high-speed performance. It can accommodate longer strokes (GL-N: up to 2720mm, TH: up to 3600mm) compared to the ball screw specification. ● Lightweight and high rigidity The cross-sectional shape of the base made from aluminum extrusions is hollow, making it both lightweight and highly rigid. ● Abundant options Covers, bellows, sensors, and cable chains are available as options. Additionally, a wide variety of end plates (motor mounting plates, motor brackets, reducers) are provided to accommodate the latest motors and those suitable for GL-N and TH. Furthermore, considering long-term maintenance-free operation, it is possible to install a lubrication device QZ for the LM guide and ball screw.
