● High Speed The linear motor actuator can directly convert electromagnetic force into linear motion, demonstrating high speed even in long strokes. ● High Acceleration and Followability By using aluminum parts in the slider section, weight reduction has been achieved, enabling high acceleration of 2G. Additionally, the lightweight slider and high rigidity allow for excellent followability. ● High Precision Full closed-loop control of the linear encoder enables high positioning accuracy. ● Long Stroke The linear motor actuator can accommodate long strokes that cannot be achieved with ball screw drives, as it allows for the addition of a magnet plate. Furthermore, the GLM15/20/25 models can be connected in a base configuration to support even longer strokes. ● Multi-Slider Support Multiple sliders can be arranged on a single-axis base, allowing for independent control of each slider. ● Low Noise and Low Dust Generation The combination of a linear motor and LM guide with ball retainers achieves low noise and low dust generation.
