Local governments and companies collaborate to aim for rapid disaster recovery! Total support from proposal to execution for building systems tailored to disaster debris processing sites.
The disaster debris mixed soil separation system "DIMS" is a system that can recycle mixed waste and high-water-content soil, which are major obstacles to disaster recovery, by separating soil, combustible materials, non-combustible materials, and metal fragments as recyclable resources. It is composed of multiple types of equipment centered around an inclined apron conveyor, roll screens, pressure sieves (Power Grind Screens), and combustible separation machines, making it most effective for separating high-water-content soil. 【Total Support from Proposal to Execution for Disaster Soil Treatment】 Our company provides total support for building systems tailored to disaster soil treatment sites, from proposal to execution. Using our mobile disaster treatment plants, we collaborate with local (disaster-affected) municipalities and businesses to achieve rapid disaster recovery efforts. It is also possible to bring demo units to disaster-affected areas for performance verification and conduct test separations. For inquiries regarding emergencies or demo units, please contact us directly.

basic information
"Learning from the Recovery of the Great East Japan Earthquake: The Necessity of 'Mobility Aimed at Rapid Recovery' and 'Separation of High Moisture Content Soil and Debris'" To efficiently separate and reuse disaster-mixed soil and debris, it is essential to assess the properties of the materials and implement a system that combines machines with different capabilities. During the recovery (reconstruction) from the Great East Japan Earthquake, the amount of disaster-mixed soil with high moisture content increased, while the production period for specialized machinery to address this took over six months. The technological foundation of DIMS was established during this time. By pre-manufacturing this specialized equipment and creating a system that can provide it quickly in emergencies, we developed a method that enables faster recovery of disaster-stricken areas and economic reopening. In the recovery (reconstruction) work following the Great East Japan Earthquake and at the interim storage treatment facility in Fukushima Prefecture, there have been over 20 successful adoptions, demonstrating extensive processing experience. Our strength lies in compacting the sorting process plant that combines machines with different capabilities and types, focusing on the separation technology for high moisture content soil, which is the biggest issue in disaster waste processing.
