We would like to introduce a case where the introduction of "SML Blue Cloud" led to a reduction in "uncompensated overtime." Employees were secretly working uncompensated overtime early in the morning, late at night, and on holidays without their supervisors noticing. Additionally, the management department was providing guidance to employees and department heads who had concerns about uncompensated overtime. However, even after conducting interviews, there were instances of concealing the facts, making it difficult to confirm the situation without evidence.
