Powder coatings adhere due to the force of static electricity, which can lead to excessive coating at the edges of the workpiece depending on the application method, resulting in poor leveling near the edges, known as the "frame phenomenon." Here, we will introduce troubleshooting for this issue. If the cause is that the distance between the workpiece and the gun is too close, it can be addressed by adjusting the distance between the workpiece and the gun tip. Additionally, there are measures to address issues caused by the powder coating having a particle size that is too large.
