Perform preprocessing properly! We also introduce measures to address issues caused by problems in the preprocessing stage!
This is a phenomenon where peeling occurs due to the coating not being fully adhered to the substrate. We will introduce troubleshooting for "poor adhesion of the coating." If insufficient curing of the coating is the cause, measures can be taken by inspecting the curing oven and checking whether drying is being conducted for the recommended time at a specific temperature. Additionally, there are measures for issues caused by excessive thickness during painting. 【Causes and Measures】 ■ Due to insufficient curing of the coating → Inspect the curing oven and check whether drying is being conducted for the recommended time at a specific temperature. ■ Due to issues in the pretreatment process → Properly perform pretreatment. ■ Due to excessive thickness during painting → Reconsider the painting method (painting time, discharge amount, working method, etc.). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
