We would like to introduce examples of the production of automotive parts and industrial parts/containers that we handle. Regarding aspirator hoses, we received requests such as, "We want to manage the inner diameter of the fitting parts (both ends) with other components," and "A quality and documentation management system for automotive parts is essential." In response, we optimized the inner diameter fitting areas with a parison controller and proposed stable shaping for the elbow section and the bellows section. As a result, we produced a complex-shaped aspirator hose (bellows hose) with many bends, clearly expressing the bellows shape, complete with a quality and delivery management system for automotive parts.
