Please consult us about materials, sizes, thickness, fiber diameter, and other aspects of sample production!
We would like to introduce the process of sample production for the nanofibers we handle. First, please contact us by phone or email, and our staff will inquire about the materials, sizes, basis weight/thickness, and fiber diameter. After that, we will prepare the materials and conduct preliminary tests to determine whether fiberization is possible. 【Sample Production Process】 1. Inquiry by phone or email 2. Inquiry by our staff 3. Preparation of materials 4. Preliminary tests 5. Specification discussion and quotation 6. Order placement 7. Company information
In 1973, during the era of rising prices due to the oil shock, a company specializing in the maintenance of medical equipment was established in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture. At that time, there were only three employees. This marked the beginning of MECC. Eventually, they completed the "biological phenomenon recording device" that they had been developing alongside their maintenance work. This device is still in production today and is actively used in many hospitals across the country. Currently, they are developing inspection equipment for LCD and organic EL panels. They are challenging themselves to quickly and accurately respond to the diverse needs of users around the world with new technology development. Additionally, leveraging their long-standing achievements and technical expertise, they are expanding into cable television and high-speed internet communication business areas. They aspire to build a vibrant city suitable for a highly information-oriented society, fostering a community where people from various parts of the world can communicate.
