Traditionally, OPP sheets were cut manually with a cutter, but as the number of processing facilities has decreased, there was concern about not being able to place orders in the future. Therefore, there was a consultation about whether it could be processed by machine. Since there was already a track record of processing sheets, I thought there wouldn't be any issues. However, the cut surface from a cutter and the one melted with a hot blade differ significantly. To get as close as possible to the cutter's finish, we carefully selected the temperature and the hot blade, resulting in a product that satisfied the client. Additionally, regarding delivery times, using machinery allowed for quicker finishing, eliminating any waiting time.
