The load cell-equipped variable speed control compact precision air press can control the descent speed and is specialized for press-fitting and riveting operations, measuring pressing load without imparting mechanical shock to the product, and enabling quality judgment of the load. The load rating of the load cell is 10 kN. The load cell indicator can set upper and lower limits, display Hi, Lo, and Go, and output control signals. The shank and shank holder can be custom-made. We also sell only the shank-type load cell and load cell measuring device. Both the load cell (CH1T) and the indicator (DLS-5036) are manufactured by Toyo Soki Co., Ltd., and we guarantee their quality.

It includes a lower limit air pressure abnormality warning with a digital pressure gauge equipped with a pressure sensor. - Comes with an adjustable stopper that allows for variable press stroke. - Lightweight, making it easy to move to different work locations. - Maintenance is free for one year after delivery based on a one-year warranty.
