At Matsushita Energy (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., production planning was conducted using ERP and other tools, but it was difficult to establish short-term production plans with ERP-based production management. To respond timely to orders that fluctuate significantly over short periods, the production scheduler 'Asprova APS' was introduced. This allowed for the automatic and rapid creation of production plans, and through detailed management over short periods, we successfully reduced the average inventory days from 28 to 22.
