"ReMacsTypeC" is a production management system specialized for the casting industry. This system includes core business functions such as order management, procurement, manufacturing instructions, shipping instructions, and billing/payment management, as well as features tailored to the unique management points of the casting industry, including molding and casting planning, core arrangement, melting schedules, and management of frames and molds. As of the end of November 2024, a new feature for managing heat treatment planning has been added to "ReMacsTypeC." 〇 Assumptions for Operating Heat Treatment Planning 1. New management of heat treatment furnaces and processes The heat treatment furnaces and processes will be registered as masters during the setup work. 2. Planning based on work instructions Plans will be developed based on the work instruction data registered in the standard operation of ReMacsTypeC. 3. Efficient performance input with barcode-enabled forms Work instruction sheets will be issued based on the plan! Performance input is made easy with barcodes. This heat treatment function is built into TypeC, eliminating the need for parallel operation of a scheduler. Therefore, it can be implemented at a lower cost than introducing a scheduler.
