Using carbon ball C2.4! The condition has become such that the pinhole areas are indistinguishable!
We have newly published a case study on pinhole repairs for the SC480. The "Pinhole Inlay" machine can repair small pinholes and can be used on iron-based metals. It is capable of repairing thin plates if they are 3-4mm thick or more. By using carbon ball C2.4 and polishing with a grinder, the pinhole areas on machine parts measuring H500×W460×L900 (SC480) can become indistinguishable. 【Work Procedure】 (1) Clean and enlarge the nests or scratches in the material using a center punch or similar tool. (2) Place the starlet and perform fusion filling with this machine. (3) Finish with a grinder or similar tool. (4) Complete the fusion filling. *Please download the PDF document to view the case study. Feel free to contact us regarding the product.
