At Niigata Prefectural Sports Park, facility reservations were managed by phone and recorded in a ledger. However, as the demand for facility usage increased, issues such as receiving or not receiving cancellation notifications arose, leading to the need for some kind of system. Thus, 'nexres' was implemented. Phone reservations were discontinued, allowing staff to handle other tasks.
