Sensors that can achieve automation for length and position measurement, as well as collision prevention, within the factory.
Dimetix laser distance sensor
Capable of measuring distances up to 500m with an accuracy of ±1mm! Supports factory automation through position control by X/Y coordinate mapping and collision prevention control.
The "D-Series" is a compact and lightweight laser distance sensor capable of measuring distances up to 500 meters with high precision. - It can be installed on existing overhead cranes to contribute to automation by mapping the factory in X/Y coordinates. - It allows for remote measurement of product length and thickness. This product complies with IP65 standards and can measure in environments ranging from -40°C to +60°C. Furthermore, it can connect up to 99 units simultaneously (RS422/RS485). Our company provides comprehensive technical support, including usage instructions, implementation, control software development, and post-installation support. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us. 【Features】 ■ High-speed measurement achieving 250Hz ■ 100m measurement (500m when using a dedicated reflector) ■ Compact and lightweight at 350g (140x78x48mm) ■ Operating temperature range -40°C to +60°C ■ Compatible with various interfaces (PROFINET/EtherNet/EtherCAT) * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. * Our old series of laser distance sensors (DLS-C FLS-C series) has been discontinued as stock has run out.

Since its establishment, we have been involved in the development of our own products, starting from gathering ideas, and have repeated the processes of mechanical design, processing, circuit design, and embedded programming every year. Currently, we are engaged in both OEM production and the sale of our own products, and we intend to continue developing measuring instruments that can further meet our customers' needs. We are also the general agent for Dimetix in Switzerland and are focusing on the sales of red laser distance meters. This product has been adopted for measuring the height of the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in the world. We believe there are still many applications for this technology, and we would like to explore each one. In recent years, we have also been focusing on measuring instruments for railway-related construction limits. We have started to receive inquiries from East Japan Railway Company regarding the development of measuring instruments for construction limits in various fields such as construction, civil engineering, signaling, and power. Additionally, we received an Encouragement Award at the 28th Ota City Small and Medium Enterprises New Products and New Technologies Competition for our graphic-integrated construction limit measuring instrument.
