[Production Example] Automotive Parts Conveying Device and Posture Conversion Device

We will create a highly versatile device that can flexibly accommodate future minor changes in products!

We would like to introduce a case where Nagoya Seiko manufactured an "automotive parts transport device and posture conversion device." The customer strongly desired to "automate the movement of three types of products weighing around 100 kg each, as well as change their posture front and back or top and bottom, because the current manual methods were inconsistent and posed safety risks, and wanted to ensure safety and stability." Thus, we developed this device. However, while the shapes and dimensions of the three types of products were specified, there were significant differences in their height, width, and depth, making it very challenging to design a mechanism that met the customer's request for "reducing labor and improving repeat accuracy."
